After linking a CRM Case to JIRA, a new JIRA record isn't created in the CRM custom object

      Description

      When linking a Case to an existing JIRA issue, the linking appears to be successful, however I cannot see the link to that issue on the SFDC Case. I can see it over in JIRA on the JIRA Issue, but the JIRA issue is not displaying in SFDC on the Case/JIRA Issue related list.
