      Description

To date the CRM plugin has made assumptions when updating CRM records after a change in JIRA based on the event that JIRA dispatched. For example, if a JIRA user used the "Assign" operation on an issue then the plugin would update CRM with only the new value for the JIRA "assignee" field. Normally this works fine, but a problem arises if a user creates a work-flow that fires the "Issue Assigned" event after a work-flow transition, now the JIRA "status" value needs to be sync'ed to CRM in addition to the "assignee" value. And it's possible for the work-flow to use a transition screen to allow JIRA users to modify other fields as well.

Since any workflow-transition can fire any JIRA Issue Event, the CRM plugin should sync all mapped fields from JIRA to CRM for all JIRA events.
