      Description

      Our customer wants the JIRA case information integrated into the SFDC Case page - like the SFDC info is integrated into JIRA.
      The crm-info servlet is an excellent starting point for this but requires some changes. In order of priority:

      1. Clicking issue link in crm-info would need to open a new JIRA window
      2. Use SalesForce.com style sheets to control font and appearance
      3. Remove "Issues for 110811-192396" title and the links at the bottom of the page (more compact)

      I believe this is a marketable feature that other customers would appreciate.
