When multiple CRM attachments are copied to JIRA, multiple email notifications are sent

      Description

      When we link a case (with many attachments) to an existing JIRA issue, JIRA will send one email update for every single attachment that's copied from the case. We do want the attachments brought over to JIRA, but is there a way to have JIRA send out one email update? For example: We received 400+ emails on this JIRA issue because there were 400+ attachments in the case that we linked to the JIRA issue.
